چکیده

This study aims to evaluate the vitamin D receptor (VDR) expression and intracellular amounts of VDRs in CD4+ CD8+ lymphocytes renal transplant (RT) recipients with chronic allograft dysfunction (CAD). A total 43 patients (Group 1:RT patients=29 patients, 15 CAD proven by biopsy 1a), 14 stable function 1b), Group 2:Control group=14 healthy individuals) have been enrolled this study. 25-hydroxycholecalciferol, 1.25 dihydroxycholecalciferol levels were measured. The number cells expressing VDR among type T subjects was determined as % those cell groups. mean molecule contents per measured expressed fluorescence intensities (MFI). No difference found between 1 2 terms their levels, percentages (p>0.05). CD4+/VDR(MFI) CD8+/VDR(MFI) values higher RT than (p<0.001). When patient subgroups compared, there no statistically significant differences regarding CD4+/VDR(%), CD8+/VDR(%), showed who had did not change, but content increased due reasons independent serum 25-hydroxycholecalciferol levels.

analysis of t cell receptor vβ diversity in peripheral cd4+ and cd8+ t lymphocytes obtained from patients with chronic severe hepatitis b

conclusions the cd4+ and cd8+ tcr vβ gene families undergo clonal expansion in cshb patients, and cd8+ t cells play a major role in the pathogenesis of cshb. moreover, the conserved motifs and limited use of joining region genes observed in the cshb patients of this cohort indicated that similar antigenic epitopes are recognized. results the number of oligoclonal or monoclonal expansion tcr vβ ...

Effects of 1,25(OH)2D3 and vitamin D receptor on peripheral CD4+/CD8+ double‐positive T lymphocytes in a mouse model of systemic lupus erythematosus

This study aims to explore effects of 1,25(OH)2 D3 and vitamin D receptor (VDR) on peripheral CD4+ /CD8+ double-positive (DP) T lymphocytes in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). MRL-LPr/LPr mice with SLE (n = 20) and normal MRL mice (n = 20) were assigned into the control group (normal mice, without feeding with 1,25(OH)2 D3 ), the 1,25(OH)2 D3 group (SLE mice, feeding with 1,25(OH)2 D3 ), the...

STRUCTURE AND SPECIFICITY OF T CELL RECEPTOR y/8 ON MAJOR HISTOCOMPATIBILITY COMPLEX ANTIGEN-SPECIFIC CD3+, CD4-, CD8- T LYMPHOCYTES

Most antigen-specific peripheral murine Tlymphocytes express the Tcell differentiation antigens, CD4 or CD8, and a TCRcomposed ofa CD3-associated disulfidelinked heterodimer, TCR-a/(3 (1, 2) . However, recent studies have identified a distinct population of CD3+,CD4-,CD8cells that appear early in thymic ontogeny and are maintained in the mature thymus and the peripheral lymphoid organs througho...

Structure and specificity of T cell receptor gamma/delta on major histocompatibility complex antigen-specific CD3+, CD4-, CD8- T lymphocytes

Analyses of TCR-bearing murine and human T cells have defined a unique subpopulation of T cells that express the TCR-gamma/delta proteins. The specificity of TCR-gamma/delta T cells and their role in the immune response have not yet been elucidated. Here we examine alloreactive TCR-gamma/delta T cell lines and clones that recognize MHC-encoded antigens. A BALB/c nu/nu (H-2d)-derived H-2k specif...
